My Story
Hi, I'm Fiona...
I am a midlife woman who has a very deep resonance with supporting women to find meaning and purpose in their life and live in an authentic and empowered way. A quest that can so often feel daunting if we’re unsure of how to navigate the steps of coming home to ourselves. Having come from a trauma background and taken my own journey of healing for nearly 30 years, I am sensitive to the plight of women seeking to recover their self-worth and stand in self-acceptance, which may feel obscured or blocked from the imprints of past wounding. This is a deeply sacred journey of remembering ourselves and when we are able to walk with someone who understands, we can begin to rebuild a more loving and accepting connection with who we truly are and reclaim our sovereignty as women.
It would be my absolute privilege to serve and support you on your journey and hold space for you. I offer relaxation massage and healing, channelling the strength and softness of the Divine Feminine.
I share a quote, sometimes attributed to one of my heroines, Hildegard von Bingen, that has been with me for many years and always strikes deep in my heart:
'We cannot live in a world that is not our own.
In a world that is interpreted for us by others.
An interpreted world is not a home
Part of the terror is to take back our own listening,
to use our voice, to see our own light'.
