Women's Chakradance Circle

What is Chakradance?

Chakradance™ is a holistic wellbeing practice that weaves music, movement, meditation and mandala art into a soulful healing ritual. Imagine being held within a container of sacred sisterhood, attuning, via guided meditation, to music created to resonate with specific chakras as you’re ushered into your own inner dance of release and re-connection, your own journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening.

On one level, Chakradance™ can be experienced as a joyful affirmation of who you truly are. Using spontaneous dance, creativity, and your imagination, it leads to an awakening, a discovery of your true self. But at a deeper level, Chakradance™ is also about healing and transformation. By surrendering to the music of each chakra, you learn how to dance from the inside out and find yourself awakening and healing ancient hurts; expressing – often for the first time – long-blocked emotions; and opening yourself up to levels of spiritual connection higher than you ever thought possible. Chakradance™ offers a unique and enriching experiential journey of self-discovery and transformation. If you love to move your body, you'll love Chakradance!

 A Sacred Journey

Our Chakradance Circle offers a sacred, experiential journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening through the chakra system in a container of supportive sisterhood. Each Circle is dedicated to one of the main chakras or is a combination of all seven. We start with an 'initiation circle' where you become acquainted with Chakradance and prepare for the journey ahead. Over the next seven months we weave our way from the base chakra to the crown. Our final circle for the year is an 'integration' circle where you reflect upon the journey you've undertaken, integrate your experiences and celebrate your transformation!
